Are you an experienced Quality Inspector? Do you want to work for a local company? If so, Volt Workforce Solutions has a great opportunity for you! We are in search of a Lead Quality Inspector for this opportunity in Renton, so please apply today.

This role is responsible for ensuring products, materials and services provided meet the established specifications and requirements. Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Use both common and advance measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, height gages, optical comparators, and coordinate measuring machines
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, customer specifications, raw material/special processing certifications and ensure all engineering and purchase order requirements are met
  • Use statistical sampling plans
  • Match colors, textures and appearances to established standards
  • Verify the proper functionality of final assemblies
  • Provide continuous development training to all QC inspectors
  • Work with engineering on design concerns and out of tolerance conditions


  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 5 years of directly related experience required
  • At least 1 year of lead experience required
  • CMM Programing and Machine Shop experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills
  • Must be able to reach and interpret engineering drawings
