Job Description

Volt is seeking an experienced Legal Admin for a Fortune 500 company in the Lake Buena Vista region of Orlando, FL. This role is a temporary assignment expected to last 4 weeks with a schedule of 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer calls in an executive/professional and responsive manner; record and convey messages swiftly, accurately and efficiently 
• Schedule and coordinate numerous calendars, conference calls and meetings involving individuals in multiple time zones 
• Interact with internal assistants, attorneys and other executives, as well as outside entities, firms and clients 
• Make travel arrangements, prepare and process expense reports accurately and in a timely manner 
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail 
• Draft, revise including redlining, distribute/and or execute documents, templates, emails and presentations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven proficiency in MS Windows and MS Office, including Word, solid redlining skills, documents, advanced Outlook scheduling, Excel, PowerPoint, plus Adobe Acrobat, Lync/Skype and SAP Workplace – working with first drafts, drafting and tracking contracts 
  •  Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills – highly organized, attentive to detail and strong proofreading skills 
  •  Responsible, professional demeanor and sound judgment with a “can do” attitude; self-directing team player who prioritizes effectively, takes initiative and quickly adapts to changing events while maintaining a positive disposition
