Volt is seeking a Legal Site Supervisor, to join our team working with our client, in PALO ALTO, California area. This is a temporary assignment with the possibility of converting to client's staff, depending on factors such as attendance and performance.


Pay: $17.64 - $22/hour, depending on experience

Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday (1 Hr Lunch)

Duration: 2 Months

Job Duties and Responsibilities

The client is a printer/scanner manufacturer who also provides business solutions to their clients. As a Legal Site Supervisor, you would Supervises day-to-day operations of specified 1-3 person site within a Legal office/environment. Able to interact with high level executive customers. The Site Supervisor is the point person on site for customer issues and contract compliance. Provide upmost in quality work due to the sensitive nature of documents and projects that are required in a legal environment. Familiar with processes of Closing Binder, understanding Depositions, knowledge of Court Systems and how items are delivered. Assist with scheduling equipment, labor and supplies for an offsite trial. Functions as a document specialist.

QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, And Certifications)

  • Requires high school diploma or GED and 2+ years of experience in a related field. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the legal industry is strongly preferred
  • Requires experience in delivering classroom and/or informal training sessions
  • Requires experience in operation of the most advanced machines, performing complex jobs
  • Requires experience in setting goals by defining and prioritizing specific, realistic objectives
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good PC skills- MS Word
  • Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize
  • Attention to Detail
  • Good technical skills and ability to use complex machinery
  • Ability to remain updated on current technology and trends in the marketplace by reading relevant journals, magazines and newspapers.
