Volt has an opportunity for you to become part of a prestigious team of professionals. We are seeking a Legal User Help Desk Support Specialist to work onsite at our client’s facility in Peoria, IL. This is a contingent position expected to last 1+ years.  

Must be available to work W2 for Volt, NO C2C or 3rd party vendors

Job Description:

This position will interface with Legal users local and remote.  Selected candidate will have the ability to manage incoming support calls with a sense of urgency.  Collaborate with second level support to resolve more complex issues.

Job Duties:

  • Monitor incoming support requests
  • Address issues where possible and escalate to second level support where needed
  • Elevates complex and/or high priority problems to the appropriate support groups for resolution
  • Interface with customers to troubleshoot desktop issues and minimize down time.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

  • Windows 10 (Expert)
  • Citrix XenDesktop
  • iManage/File Site and eCounsel   
  • Ability to troubleshoot server related issues using Power Shell (desired)
