Job Description

Our client, based in San Francisco, is searching for an IT Support Technician for an immediate opportunity! 

The daily duties include remote, phone, and web-based help desk support, as well as some in-person support of associates.  Candidates are expected to have advanced troubleshooting skills and the ability to utilize multiple resources to determine the final resolution to technical support issues.  This job will require Helpdesk and Desktop support to resolve tickets, work with support of printers, phones, video conferencing equipment and imaging of computers.


  • Phone support in a Help Desk environment as well as Desktop support  
  • Advanced level knowledge of PC software applications and strong understanding of PC operating systems.
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows 7/8, Office 2010/2013 including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.
  • Network printing / printer troubleshooting
  • Imaging of PC’s, Laptop computers
  • Candidates should have experience with Citrix or VMWare 
  • Experience with supporting Linux
