Job Description

Looking for strong administrative skills. This candidate will be helping our logistics department, specifically on the import side. 

This candidate is going to be researching invoices and shipments dated back to 2014 to discover if duty/tariff was paid and the amount. Then compare the data to invoices that are being received from US Customs. Once the information is confirmed, the information will be processed and paid. 

Must have strong Microsoft Excel skills, detail oriented and comfortable with tedious work, specifically numbers.  Will work with staff who are assisting with this project and may be assigned additional administrative work.
