Logistics Operations Supervisor

Volt Workforce solutions is in search of an experienced Data Center/ Warehouse Logistics Operations Supervisor for one of our top tech clients located in Mesa!

Responsibilities:

• Exercise judgement & provide direction to employees according to established company/data center policies & procedures
• Develop and mentor contract workforce to continuously improve skills and team performance
• Management of contractor time and attendance details while providing timely feedback
• Proactively identify and recommend mitigation risks to staff for weekly production schedules
• Escalate issues to appropriate channels for resolution; keep management informed of status, schedule, priorities and problems
• Focus on areas of improvement for Data Center Safety Program; monitor & drive safety excellence in contract workforce
• Identify issues and perform Root Cause Analysis to prevent future operational impact

What we’re looking for:

• 3-5 years in an operations management position
• Strong experience with various computer operating systems and applications; must be able to navigate basic Microsoft Office applications and preferably have previous MacOS experience
• Strong organizational skills
• Previous success in implementing safety and efficiency standards

Pay  - Up to $36/Hour Depending on experience

Schedule - 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday

Location – East Mesa
