Over 25  DIRECT HIRE - immediate openings!!

*Follows dupont scheduling- multiple shifts, must be flexible*


  • Be an active participant in the safety process and practice safe work habits at all times.
  • Tend the packaging section of a building insulation manufacturing line.
  • Prepare, remove, pack, scrap or otherwise dispose of, all material coming from the line.
  • Observe material coming off the line for all types of defects.
  • Dispose of or set aside defective material for disposal by others.
  • Collect and record required data as needed.
  • Notifies proper resource regarding production of questionable quality material.
  • Check product quality as required, and record results as directed.
  • Periodically perform required machine maintenance.
  • Occasionally lift 20-50 pounds as required, frequently lift 10-20 pounds as required, and regularly lift 10 pounds as required.
  • Maintain an open and candid working relationship with co-workers from all departments and immediate supervisor/manager.
  • Perform other job functions as requested to support the effective and efficient operation of the plant, including duties of other classifications.
  • Direct, assist, and instructs other co-workers on jobs where it is necessary to work together or when requested by supervisor.
  • Keep a clean and organized work area.


  • High School diploma or GED
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, etc...
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and handle multiple priorities and projects
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence legibly
  • Computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Ability to stand for long periods, walk, climb stairs, reach, and stoop frequently as well as occasionally lift up to 20-50 pounds as required, frequently lift 10-20 pounds as required, and regularly lift 10 pounds as required.


  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment effectively
  • Ability to work independently
