Full Time Schedule:

2^nd Shift: 1pm-9:30pm (Monday-Friday) $18/hr

As a Machine Operator, you will:

• Operate machinery in the coating and/or converting departments according to schedule or as prioritized by supervisor or lead person.
• Set up machinery per process standards including loading/unloading materials, changeover, set-up, cleaning, etc.
• Inspect finished product and materials for defects per standard and take corrective action as needed.
• Monitor and adjust equipment as needed to produce material that meets specifications.
• Inspect equipment for proper function.
• Prepare and place identification tickets on all materials and return-to-stock materials.
• Communicate with and obtain assistance from other operators as necessary.
• Obtain samples and test product and input materials per quality and work standards.  Record test data.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED equivalent (completed and verified prior to hire)
• 3 months of experience as a production operator
• Must be able to work overtime, weekends, holidays as needed, short notice call-in, rotating shifts, etc.

Preferred but not required:

• Experience in handling flammable liquids.
• Must have basic to moderate computer skills
