Volt is immediately hiring for Machine Operator’s in Northfield MN.

As a Machine Operator you are:

•  Responsible for the set-up and operation of the following: Laminators, Slitters, Combiners, Sealers and Adhesive Mixers/blenders with ability to operate motorized material handling equipment. 

• Produces tapes, laminates to defined quality levels, yield and standards. 

• Demonstrates knowledge for production criteria for products that are processed in Laminations. 

• Makes adjustments to speed, tension, timing, temperature and related variables as needed to meet specifications. 

• Performs routine visual quality checks on work in process. 

• Must be able to work in a team orientated work environment. 

• Follows safety rules and gives feedback of any safety concerns or violations. 

• Maintains a neat and orderly work area including daily 5S tasks. 

Candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Attendance 
• Basic Math
• Read and interpret instructions.

Experience with the following is a plus:

• Machine Operator
• Slitters
• Mixers

This is a Full-time, temp to hire opportunity.

Pay Rate: $21.75 - $22.75/hour. 

2nd shift - 2:30pm-10:30pm

3rd shift - 10:30pm-6:30am

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
