Location:  Montgomeryville, PA 18936

Pay rate:  $ 12.50 - $ 14 hr DOE

Schedule: Two 10 minutes break and One 20 minutes paid lunch

  • 1st Shift  Mon. - Fri.  |   6:55 am - 3 pm
  • 2nd Shift Mon. - Fri.  |   2:55 pm - 11 pm
  • 3rd Shift  Sun. - Thu. | 10:55 pm - 7 am

Machine Operators that have 2 years’ experience working in manufacturing that can run a variety of machines.  Also will be performing quality checks and monitor machine output each hour as well as generate comprehensive reports.

The Machine Operator will be expected to learn/operate all finishing production equipment including:

  • Punch, hot stamp and vision
  • Produce product according to specifications, verify work order specifications at start-up and during the production run
  • Operate punch and hot stamp machine while continuously monitor quality of product and perform adjustments to equipment to maintain high quality and prevent defects
  • Perform various set-ups, adjustments, troubleshooting and maintenance of equipment
  • Operate and monitor multiple machines in a cellular environment, including processing different jobs simultaneously
  • Completing all paperwork related to the job and production step function, recording their downtime, as well as calculating their yield
  • Responsible for work order setups including: loading and unloading cards, perform visual inspection of cards and in-process quality checks, categorize rejects, load vision and hot stamp machines as needed
  • Maintain an organized, and safe work environment

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess the ability to use various precision equipment
  • Some experience with computers, attention to detail is imperative, along with the ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills within a cross-cultural team environment are a must
  • Ability to distinguish color throughout the color spectrum is required
  • Due to the secure nature of the work performed, all candidates are required to pass security clearance checks, including credit, background, and drug test
