Job Description

Manufacturing company in San Fernando, CA seeks  Machine Operators (Manual Machine Operators)  to assist with busy production functions. 

Pay  $15-$17.00 an hour 

Shift 1st 

Job Type Temp to Hire 

*Only applicants with manual operating skills will be considered*

• Checks proper operation of press after setup process has been completed.
• Positions and clamps holding fixtures to machine bed.
• Adjusts sets screws to regulate stroke of ram.
• Aligns parts between dies or positions them against fixtures on machine.
• Operator is responsible for periodically checking parts ensuring that they are punched to quality standards.
• Familiar with warehouse and machinery safety
• Must be able to operate punch press using right hand
• Must have the ability to physically lift and/or move 40-60 lbs. unassisted and 100> lbs assisted.
