Job Description

As a Maintenance Technician you would working in Millersburg, PA. As an onsite maintenance technician you would be asked to be involved in routine maintenance procedures and be able  to troubleshoot issues as they arise. You would be working with equipment in the manufacturing process of medical equipment.

The perfect candidate would be asked to contribute to achieving the plant goals, while keep in mind the divisional goals and objectives. In this role you would supporting ISO/FDA by following procedures, work instructions and ensuring accurate documentation.

A key part of this role would be to support continuous improvement throughout facility.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform all actions related to the preventive maintenance program of the Company Intervene in production issues related to mechanical and electrical maintenance.
  • Ensure maintenance of equipment and repairs when required.
  • Help solve problems related to maintenance.
  • Suggest continuous improvement projects.
  • Participate in equipment installation and help during start ups.
  • Test equipment in order to assure productivity and performance Maintain, repair and rebuild various production machines and equipment.
  • Respect safety standards of the Company and maintain a clean work environment Minimum

Qualifications:

  • Associates degree in related field of study.
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
  • Ability to diagnose and repair a wide variety of equipment based on industrial process controls - PLC Programmable Logic Controls, date transmission, storage devices and drives.
  • Familiarity with mechanical drawings and operation sequences.
  • Ability to understand and follow various guidelines and working procedures.
  • Ability to manage and organize priorities

Shift Days Hours 1st M-F 6:30am-3:00pm 2nd M-F 3:00pm-11:30pm 3rd M-F 10:00pm-6:30am Weekend Sat-Sun 8:00am-8:00pm (plus 2 days you pick on 2nd shift)
