Job Title: Maintenance Technician (3rd Shift)

• Maintain a safe, clean and sanitary work environment.
• Follow all lockout and tagout work practices.
• Keep all equipment (machine, tools, and shop equipment) in good condition.
• Practice safe lifting, carrying and use of tool techniques.
Problem Solving & Communications
• Must be able to accurately diagnose most technical problems, recommend solutions, and implement corrective actions without assistance and guide others as needed.
• Must communicate issues and activities to personnel inside and outside of the Maintenance Department.
• Make thorough and accurate entries in appropriate logs and record systems.
Machines and Equipment
• Knowledgeable of blistering and cartoning process.
• Perform validation / qualification of all existing and incoming equipment as assigned.
• Perform complete changeovers and set-ups without assistance.
• Perform major equipment adjustments, most repairs and rebuild projects.
• Perform preventive maintenance work orders without assistance, and make practical suggestions for improving the program.
• Work closely with Management to identify, prepare for, and implement machine and equipment improvements.
• Perform all other tasks assigned by the Maintenance Manager / Supervisor
• 5+ year’s technical and manufacturing experience.
• HS Diploma, AA degree in Electronics Technology, or Trade knowledge equivalent to training received in a formal registered apprentice program is preferred.
• Must be able to stand for an extended period of time.
• Requires good manual dexterity.
•Must be able to lift and carry short distances at least 50 pounds.
Work Schedule:
• Sunday - Thursday 7pm - 3:30am
