Manager of Oracle Applications
Our client in Houston, TX is in need of a Manager of Oracle EBS Applications, who will work directly with the HR and Finance business teams to provide solutions to business challenges and strategies by working closely with IT business partners and internal staff.  The resource will also have supervisory responsibility for other HR and Finance analysts, including the review and approval of designs, priority setting and overall resource management.  The role will report to the Senior Director of Enterprise Systems and will be the primary daily contact between the organization and our outsourced partners that support the Oracle EBS technology stack.


  • Experience in implementing and supporting Oracle ERP Applications.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve difficult technical issues quickly in a high-pressure environment.
  • Oracle Finance, HCM and Payroll fundamentals
  • Experience in running Oracle E-business including activities like Patching, Cloning, Replication, System Administration, troubleshooting in HA and DR environments.
  • Be cognizant of license implications and propose cost effective solutions to business requirements
  • Proven experience with migrating Oracle applications from on premise architectures to off premise environments.
  • Good knowledge of SQL.
  • Experience administering Oracle EBS Financials, Supply Chain, and HR/Payroll applications.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills.


  • Minimum of 10 years IT experience, with the following specific experiences: Oracle ERP configuration, implementation, migration, and administration.
  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent business related degree.
