As a Manufacturing Associate in the OLS production team you will work on SureSelectTM Genomics line, including custom and catalog products for targeted gene enrichment for next-gen sequencing.

You will:
• Manufacture Oligo Libraries and perform test to verify product quality.
• Contribute to new product development and manufacture.
• Follow ISO compliant work instructions (WI) and assist in writing, maintenance and reviewing (WI) as needed.
• Assist in the trouble shooting technical problems as needed.
• Assist in maintaining lab supplies.

Requirements:

This position requires a BS/BA degree in biological science or related field and zero (0) to two (2) years of previous experience in chemistry, molecular biology, and/or biochemistry.

Hands on working knowledge of standard laboratory techniques of molecular biology (including PCR, QPCR, RNA procedures, and use of the Agilent Bioanalyzer). Strong oral and written communication, organization, team building and computer skills are essential.
