Volt Workforce Solutions has immediate opportunities for Manufacturing Specialists at Texas Instruments.

No experience needed, TI provides on the job training!
  • Operate semiconductor equipment in a clean-room environment, creating silicon wafers, ultimately used in all types of electronics!
  • Earn *$15.00 - $18.00 to start *Listed hourly rates are calculated by dividing total daily earnings (straight time pay + overtime pay + shift differential, if applicable) by 11.8 hours
  • Earn up to 15% of eligible base pay earnings as a part of an annual incentive
  • Achieve Work-life balance! - 4 days off one week and 3 days off the next week
  • Many day or night shifts immediately available, 5:45 a.m. – 6 p.m. or 5:45 p.m. – 6 a.m.
  • 9 paid holidays
  • Earn up to $1200 in Bonuses in the first 90 days on the job
Requirements:
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • A stable and steady work history with at least one year of work experience
  • Ability to stand or walk extensively
  • Flexible to work days, nights or weekends
