 We are seeking Highly Skilled Assemblers with Optics and or Electronics experience for our client in San Francisco, Ca."

Summary:

As an assembler, you will be involved in the volume manufacturing process of  our advanced sensors hardware. This position will be reporting to the Manager of Operations.

Work Schedule:

  • Standard Full Time
  • Must be open to Day and Swing shifts  
  • Due to Engineering, New Product Introduction or Production requirements, you will need to work longer hours, weekends, or change shifts, to make repairs, Upgrades. or ensure lines continue to be operational to meet company goals and objectives.

Skill Set List

  • Follow all Safety and  Laser Safety procedures and  requirements
  • Flexible to dynamic work environment with changing priorities, process, procedures and responsibilities
  • Be able to follow detailed instructions both written and verbal
  • Understand and execution of IPC standards
  • Soldering skills:
  • Microscope Soldering 10X
  • Coil wire preparation and soldering
  • Removal and replacement of all IC and component  packages excluding BGA

    Assembly Skills:

    • Excellent manual dexterity
    • Proficient in use mechanical hand and power tools
    • Experienced in use of Auto dispense and cure of adhesives
    • Generate workstation data as needed
    • Comfortable in operation of manual and  computer controlled equipment and fixtures used in assembly and test
    • Outstanding self inspection and quality standards
    • Excellent reading, writing, and communication skills in English
    • Minimum of  3 years industry experience in both R\D and Volume environments
    • Be able to stand for long periods of time
    • Lift and carry 35 lbs
