Volt is currently looking for Marketing/Business Analyst who is analytical, detail-oriented who can contribute and assist with procurement and budget procedures, as well as marketing data management, The focus will be supporting multiple Marketing units through purchase orders, contracts, supplier set-up and other budget management functions. This position also requires an understanding of lead flow processes and will work closely with the Marketing units and the Marketing Operations team. 

This is a contract position located in the Burlington, MA office.

  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Assist with procurement procedures:
  • Managing responsibilities in MRM (budgeting tool)
  • Work with global marketing managers to assist with submitting purchase orders
  • Assist with supplier set-up process
  • Assist with actuals and accruals
  • Work with global procurement, accounts payable, accounts receivable, etc. to resolve issues
  • Creating reports to measure operational effectiveness and identify areas of improvement.
  • Pulling and formatting marketing and budget data reports, including data cleansing, segmentation and mappings.
  • Monitor issues and requests and execute as prioritized
  • Skills and Qualifications:
  • Understanding of Oracle Procurement and Marketing Operations processes and systems preferred
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
  • 4 or more years of experience in marketing or sales operations.
  • Experience with marketing automation systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis.
  • Advanced experience with Excel; analyzing data with V-lookup and pivot tables
  • Great verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills in English
  • Excellent organizational, time-management and multi-tasking skills, with attention to detail.
