Marketing Coordinator

Volt is immediately hiring a Marketing Coordinator for a local leading organization in Melville, NY.  Our Marketing Coordinator will be involved in coordination, planning and execution of customer facing and/or internal facing activities generating brand, product, and program awareness, obtaining leads and boosting conversions. 

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will:

• Maintains department-level organizational and process materials
• Tactical support for communication and marketing efforts
• Maintains comprehensive database of all design projects flowing through the department
• Works with all business partners to verify and ensure accurate information and deadlines are recorded and updated in database
• Monitors schedules, alerting business partners and management of pending risks to previously identified milestone deadline(s)
• Escalates risks as needed and appropriate
• Prepares regular project status reports and provides preliminary analysis to management?weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and annually as needed
• Trains department staff and business partners on event request, traffic or monitoring system
• Maintains and updates traffic process documentationMaintains the regional ad submission process
• Advises and recommends print production schedules
• Serves as a subject matter expert and resource for traffic system and procurement inquiries

Marketing Coordinator candidates must meet the following requirements:

• At least 1-year to 2-years of administrative experience with at least one year providing communication and/or marketing
• Ability to understand, follow and communicate department and company policies and procedures to business partners
• Solid working knowledge of MS Office, PowerPoint, Word and ExcelStrong analytical skills required
• Ability to write and present clear and concise reports
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent organization skills, detail oriented and ability to multitask
• Strong project management skills and experience managing large projects
• Flexible and able to quickly and effectively change priorities and directionWorking Conditions
• Candidates selected must meet all pre-screening eligibility requirements

Pay for this position is $18 - $19.00/hr.
