Volt is seeking a Master Scheduling Analyst to work onsite at our client’s facility in Mossville, IL.  This is a contingent position forecasted for 12 months.

Within this role, you will:

  • Collaborate on new product introduction (NPI), continuous product improvement (CPI), engineering changes, deviations, supplier designs, and specification approvals
  • Coordinate these groups with an eye toward meeting NPI cost goals, while leveraging global factors and delivering local service excellence
  • Support multiple NPI team leaders by providing APQP tool, L3 requirements management engagement, and provide budget report support throughout the product group
  • Contribute to NPI programs and ensure APQP and NPI metrics are at acceptable levels

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Associate’s degree
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in a related role
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • A background in engineering or project management
  • Familiarity with advanced product quality planning (APQP) processes used to manage components and assemblies through New Product Introduction (NPI) and re-sourcing cycles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
