To receive and deliver supplies, materials and equipment, and maintain inventory control and records; perform related work.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Receives, counts, labels, stocks, and transacts inventory in the ERP system.
  • Maintains high level of inventory accuracy through precise and complete transactions.
  • Locates materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies as needed for production orders.
  • Maintains in-process inventory at work centers by delivering and opening materials and supplies.
  • Supports receiving function as assigned
  • Receives and unloads freight both manually or using pallet jacks, forklifts, or other equipment as needed.
  • Verify quantity and quality of order, verifies items received with purchase orders
  • Deliver and retrieve supplies to and from work or storage areas
  • Perform Cycle count as necessary
  • Perform other duties as assigned that would lead to successful operation of department, team and/ or mission.

Education and/or Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Material handling and/or receiving experience
  • ERP knowledge and experience

Computer Skills

  • Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
