Material Handler - First Shift - Competitive Starting Pay!

If you are looking for a career opportunity around area of Batavia, NY, don't miss considering this one! This position will include a variety of warehouse and material handling responsibilities including selecting, sorting and delivering materials as required by Operators.

 SAFETY IS ALWAYS FIRST in this working environment.  

 Additional responsibilities include:     

• Ensure picking of proper material to ship/receive.

• Rotate stock and lifting materials from mezzanine

•Organizes warehouse and assists with shipping and receiving as necessary

• Assures accuracy and quality of all paper work, materials and containers.

• Loads/Unloads trucks safely according to size and type of product.

 Skills and experience to be successful: 

  • Prior warehouse experience preferred. 
  • Demonstrated strong basic math skills and calculations 
  • Proficient with basic computer skills - data entry will be required  
  • Proven ability to speak, read and write fluently in English  
  • Must be comfortable working in a factory environment, which may require standing, walking, or bending for extended periods of time
  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent is required
