Job Description

Position: Mechanical Engineer Associate

Location: Dublin, OH  43017

Status:  6 month contract

Would you like to work with the engineering team for a top global supplier of next-gen devices used in automotive systems?

In this position you will be part of a development team working with Senior Engineers.  You will assist in the design, development, modification, and evaluation of mechanical hardware components and systems.

To succeed you will need:

  • Problem-solving experience; mechanical design experience in electronics products.
  • Experience with Catia V5-V6 by Dassualt Systems for Part Design, Assembly Design, and Geometric Shape Design (3D), Drafting package (2D).
  • Ability to learn computer applications as necessary for the position.
  • Successfully complete any training or certification courses required to support or strengthen position.
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision displaying strong self-motivation.
  • Follow verbal and written instructions, work procedures and other related materials.
  • Good communications skills, able to speak with multiple teams regarding projects.  
  • Travel: Ability to travel as required of the position.

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in engineering required. 0-2 years’ experience required.
