Job Description:

Volt Workforce Solutions is seeking a Medical Field Service and Repair Technican located in Waukesha, WI paying $18.50/hour. The individual hired for this position will have the opportunity to be directly responsible for servicing the needs of healthcare clients, inclusive of the delivery, pickup and maintenance of cutting edge medical device equipment.

Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Interface with customers on a daily basis and be responsible for building, cultivating and maintaining superior customer relationships
  • Maintaining inventory of products, parts, disposables and supplies
  • Cleaning, processing and quality control of medical device equipment including general housekeeping of facility and loading and unloading of equipment in company vehicles
  • Prepare medical device equipment (clean and disinfect), disposables, and document processing for delivery
  • Track inventory of control on assets, parts, disposables and supplies - locate missing/misplaced equipment as needed
  • Attending training and other scheduled business functions - will require commercial air travel

Basic Qualifications:

  • 1+ year(s) working in field service in a private, public, government or military environment
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D equivalent required
  • Thrive in a team environment and work well with others
  • Comfortable with the Microsoft suite of computer programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and database tools
  • Punctuality and regularity of attendance
  • Current and valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to work a non-traditional work schedule, which may included extended hours on evenings, weekends, and participate in on-call duties
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Detail and quality oriented
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
