Member Engagement Specialist

Job Summary:  Perform outreach to members on Gaps in Care.  This individual would make outbound phone calls to our members on Mammograms, Colorectal Screenings, and Pharmacy Adherence measures.  This is in an effort to support HEDIS metrics. 

• Initiate telephone outreach aimed to providing information on services that n benefits of clinical program services.
• Coordinate and complete correspondence according to established workflows.
• Use focused listening and open-ended questioning skills to establish member engagement in clinical programs.

Required Experience:  Two years’ administrative support within health insurance, healthcare, or health related industry OR patient care and education in an outpatient or inpatient setting

This role is flexible where it can be PT or FT but FT preferred.
