Are you available for a temporary assignment?

This might be the right opportunity for you!!

Temp opening for Equipment Operator/Electronic tester supporting our MEMS development activities. This is a 3-6 month temporary assignment. Target start date is as we find the best suited candidate. Looking for a candidate who is available for second shift (4pm -1am) work schedule. Will occasionally work first shift.


This position plays an important role within our engineering team and supports development of leading-edges MEMs microphones. This is an opportunity to work with a cross functional team of design, validation and test engineers.

Responsibilities

  • Inspection of various MEMS devices for defects or deviations from specification
  • Setup and execute automated tests in the lab using various scripting environments
  • Assist in loading and unloading units for qualification testing from test boards
  • Accurately document results, communicate results to Engineering and disposition material as instructed
  • Maintain inventory records for facility hardware and consumables
  • Effective communication and pass down
  • The tasks will be varied and differ day to day

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High School or GED
  • Experience working with lab test setups such as evaluation boards, cables/connectors, connecting boards to test equipment
  • Extremely detailed oriented; follow procedures meticulously
  • Good decision making and Problem solving skills
  • Passion for Continuous Improvement
  • Effective communication skills (Written and Verbal)
  • Self-direction, work independently
  • Able to prioritize daily activities with minimal oversight
  • Work well in a team environment
  • Must possess basic Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to flex schedule as needed
  • Lift < 50 lbs
  • Experience in operation of Inspection Microscopes and Automated inspection tooling

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Wafer-level test experience
