SUMMARY

  • You will be providing Tier I & II product and technical services support for our Microsoft Cloud  (MSP) Managed Service Provider clients and end users
  • Time-management, proactive, self-starting with demonstrated ability to follow-through
  • Ability to effectively communicate Microsoft technical products and services recommendations and information to non-technical end users and Power Users (C-Level clients)
  • Strong desire to learn and succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills
  • Professional demeanor, writing, interpersonal and team communication

REQUIREMENTS

  • BSCS or equivalent Software / Systems Engineering 4-year degree
  • 2-5 years of experience with consulting and or providing support / recommendations for Microsoft Cloud products and services
  • Specific knowledge of Microsoft O365, Teams, OneDrive & MS Exchange Server
  • Foundational knowledge of the latest Microsoft Cloud products and technologies
  • Traditional Microsoft offerings: MS Office Suite, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, etc.
