The 3M Tonawanda plant specializes in manufacturing products for the O-Cel-O™ and Scotch-Brite® brand sponges. If you’re a motivated person looking to get started with a great company, - we want to talk with you.

Position is a support role requiring more work direction. Follows generally defined procedures and performs a variety of general manual labor tasks including, but not limited to: light lifting and moving of materials; loading and unloading vehicles, and other activities in a helping or assisting mode. High School Diploma or GED required.

Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Assemble/package manufactured products in accordance to applicable procedures
• Performs all quality checks in accordance with applicable procedures
• Responsible for stocking raw packaging materials for items to be packaged
• Accurately record production data

Skill and experience we are looking for:

 Must be comfortable with standing/working on a production line from anywhere between 8-12 hours per day

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Must be available to work overtime on Saturday and Sunday due to business needs
• Previous assembly/warehouse experience is a PLUS
• Proof of education

Pay rate:              $14.00 per hour

Location:             Tonawanda, NY

Duration:             Anticipated to be 1 year

Hours:                  Open Availability is required Monday-Sunday - Hours will vary as needed for production, including overtime.

Shift: (shift/hours can vary depending on need)  New hire will train on days, after the training worker will be assigned to a shift.

8 hour shifts:    (3 PM – 11 PM) or (11 PM – 7 AM)

12 hour shifts:   (7 AM - 7 PM) or (7 PM – 7 AM)
