Job Description

This Multimedia Helpdesk Support role is to provide end user support of AV setup, operations, and presentation operation and troubleshooting onsite meeting support.

IT Support center telephone call and ticket handing - first level trouble shooting, reporting, systems monitoring, and resolution.

Assist in the coordination of on / offsite locations including AV presents, web streaming, lighting, audio recording, equipment and other support as required.

Required skills and experience: Skillsets in AV presentation technology , streaming, and audio microphone and PA systems are a plus.
Solid customer service skills. Able to communication with various end users in laymen's terms, in person, over the phone, and on web conferences.

PC / MAC user support

iOS / Android use knowledge

Help Desk work experience with ticketing software and worklog updates.

Cooperate with other team members to develop and maintain working relationships to accomplish goals.

M-F 7:30 - 4:30 - business casual.
