Job Title:  Natural Language Processing Analyst

Location: Cupertino, CA

Job Description

You will act as a liaison with the client to ensure that Chat Automation system requirements, processes, and functionality are consistent with business processes and are able to support future business initiatives. In addition, you will help deploy new Chat Automation solutions, refine the customer experience, resolve performance issues, execute integration testing, and develop implementation plans for system enhancements. Lastly, you will be responsible for preparing and analyzing Chat Automation system performance and system health metrics for the client, using this information to ensure quality, and identify and prioritize enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• System Integration and Testing

• Interface with project teams, business leaders, and client team to define requirements and drive the completion of deliverables for new systems deployments.

• Design, configure and deploy features and functionality to deliver on business requirements.

• Establish and execute on processes for establishing, refining and tuning Natural Language Processing models.

• Work with client team and business partners to document, set up, and test the required components for the platform to deliver new features or support business initiatives.

• Lead / participate in User Acceptance Testing for platform & system changes.

• Document business processes, as input for Chat Automation design.

• Work closely with the business to gain insight and understanding of the needs of the business and to develop a solid working relationship. Interpret and act on requests in a concise and timely manner.

• Prepare for and attend weekly meetings with management to assess/determine attainment of customer experience success metrics.

• Recommend process, procedure and application changes to increase system performance and customer satisfaction.

• Identify and transform business problems into proposed solutions.

•  Reporting and Analysis

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or similar

• Proficiency in English and Simplified Chinese (written and verbal)

• Minimum of 2 years of Chat, IVR, and/or contact center routing experience

• Understanding of Natural Language Processing (understand concepts and what it does)

• Demonstrated ability to identify a problem and create an effective solution

• Must have the interpersonal skills to interact with technical and non-technical people

• Ability to manage and meet deadlines

• Ability to create partnerships

• Proficiency in Excel, Numbers, GBI, Tableau and other quantitative software

• Basic understanding of REST interfaces, Java Script, and Regular Expressions
