Location: Orange, CA

Job Description


Monitor network hardware and associated devices and alert customers of failure. Manage trouble tickets from inception to closing, includes tracking resolution progress and updating customers on ticket status. Troubleshoot server break-fix and network issues; escalate to higher support level for resolution when necessary. Order hardware replacement parts as necessary. Configure customer address translations (nats) as needed.

H. S. diploma. A. S. in computer engineering or equivalent training. Network + certification or equivalent. 3 to 5 years work experience in a support environment that includes network monitoring, database management, and hardware break/fix. Security/SOC experience a plus.

Related Skills and Competencies:

Strong verbal and written communication skills for customer interface and documentation. Organizational and time-management skills with ability to multitask effectively. Ability to learn new technologies.
