Job Description

Do you want to work for one of Orange County’s top companies, a leader in land development and property management? If so, we want to talk to you. We have partnered with our client in Irvine to help identify an Office Assistant to their Procurement team.  

In this role you will assist with:

  • Contracts administration
  • Creating purchase orders
  • Light administrative duties (file re-organization, data collection and internal customer service)

We are looking for someone who is polished, professional with the following skills:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience with Google and MS Office programs 

This is a temporary position expected to last until April 2020, however it offers a foot in the door of a company that is notorious for hiring on our talent to their team.   Hours are full time, M-F from 8am – 5pm.  Pay is $16-18/hr.
