Volt Workforce Solutions has partnered with a leading company in Irvine to help identify an Office Assistant to support our client's Sales Department for an immediate temp to hire position.

In this role you will assist the Sales team with data entry of sales leads and sales information, serve as a liaison between sales department and expediter, provide updates to provide customer service, manage Excel spreadsheets and provide other duties as needed.

We are looking for someone with a minimum of 1 year or more of sales support experience. Must have excellent communication skills and be proficient in using MS Office. 

Pay rate is $15-18/hr. Position is full time, temp to hire.
