Job Description:

One of our amazing Commercial Real Estate companies are looking for an Office Clerk to join their team. Duties will include a wide range of activities in the office from filing to basic bookkeeping for existing clients. 

Office Clerk Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to Manager and performing administrative duties.

  • Basic bookkeeping including handling client deposits, bill payments and budgets making sure to organize and keep track of all financial transactions. 

  • Answering telephone calls, as well as screening and forwarding calls.

  • Possibly scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, and events.

  • Handling basic inquiries.

  • Copying, scanning, and filing documents.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma.

  • Previous experience working on an Office Clerk position is a plus.

  • Experience with office procedures and basic accounting principles is an asset.

  • Good practical experience with office devices and processes.

  • Excellent communication? organizational and multi-tasking skills.
