Volt is seeking an On-site Recruiter for a key staffing partnership with a large organization in Jonestown, PA. This position will be responsible for the delivery of contingent staffing solutions and will be instrumental in ensuring superior service for our client, employee satisfaction for our Volt field employees, and overall program success.
The On-site Recruiter is responsible for high-level position matching through in-depth analysis of job skills and qualifications to determine which candidates to source, interview and hire. Also responsible for making business decisions that impact profitability, increasing existing business, bringing in new clients and applicants, and keeping gross margins at highest level possible.

  • 60-80 % recruitment for contingent staff.
  • Create and execute weekly recruiting plans to build a robust and fluid pipeline
  • Process all pre-employment screenings, eVerify and eStaff.
  • Tour facility with potential candidates pre-assignment
  • Onboard and Conduct New Hire Orientation on first day.
  • Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution.
  • Handle Safety/Worker's Comp. issues as they arise
  • Process Weekly Payroll, Adjustments, Advances and On Demands
  • Develop relationships with hiring managers and HR
  • Submit Weekly reports to the client as requested


  • 3 to 5 years of recruiting or HR with recruiting. Agency experience ideal.
  • Experience recruiting in a high volume, fast paced environment.
  • Ability to speak to all levels of management.


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer proficiency in Word and Excel
  • Sense of urgency is required!
  • Keen sense of detail and thoroughness.
