Job Description

Volt Workforce Solutions is hiring for a dynamic Payroll Coordinator in Fremont, CA. 

Ideal candidate will come with some payroll experience or very strong customer service/administrative support experience.  You will work on site of one our largest clients. This is a full time role working for Volt Workforce Solutions Corporate team. 

Duties: 

  • Timecard auditing daily
  • Tracking down employees to fix missing punches
  • Working with managers to fix timecard issues
  • Communicating with employees and managers daily 
  • Other Administrative duties as assigned. 

Requirements: 

  • Excellent administrative and customer service skills 
  • Strong  communication and organizational skills 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) 
  • Ability to multi task in a very busy work environment 
  • Kronos knowledge is a plus but not required
