Operations Analyst in Fargo, ND at Volt

Job Description

Are you a banking expert with project management experience and ready to make a change? Volt Workforce Solutions is hiring immediately for an operations analyst in the banking industry in Fargo, ND. This position is responsible for conducting research, investigating workflow, reviewing business procedures, and recommending change. Project management experience is required, as is previous banking experience. Lean/Six Sigma background encouraged.

Pay: $60,000 to $80,000 salary

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Coordinate and assess work progress in significantly complex department or organizational project development and implementation.
• Develop, generate, and review statistics, graphs, timelines, and numeric data.
• Lead projects, evaluate data, and update standard operating procedures.
• Communicate operational achievement, manage third party relationships, and apply sound risk management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, Word, and Access.
• Five+ years of previous banking experience (credit union and financial services experience will not be considered).
• Project management experience required.
• People management experience, with preference given to operations management, preferred.
