Job Description

Volt Workforce Solutions is supporting a client that is a leading provider of Prepaid debit cards and commercial prepaid card solutions in the U.S. They serve the estimated 68 million under banked consumers who do not have a traditional bank account or who rely on alternative financial services, by offering products that are flexible with powerful features designed just for them.

The Operations Coordinator for the Commercial Prepaid (CPP) Channel will report to the Senior Operations Manager.  The Coordinator will provide administrative and junior-level project management support to the CPP operations team and implementation team. The coordinator will contribute to the maintenance and continuous improvement of operational workflows and processes that enable the channel’s sales, financial, and client experience goals. This position requires solid process and analytical skills. 

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute directly to channel’s ability to attain its goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and challenging requests, exploring opportunities to add value, and building strong interpersonal relationships that drive results.
  • Interface with all internal delivery teams to support the execution of key initiatives, including product design, product improvements, and back-office enhancements. 
  • Provide junior-level project management support for projects that deliver more efficient and enhanced levels of service.
  • Provide administrative support for launching of new corporate clients.
  • Coordinate across functions and divisions to ensure cohesive delivery.

Skills/Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 2-3 years operational experience in the Banking, Financial, or Payments industry required.
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
  • Demonstrated success with exercising self-initiative and navigating complex business environments.
  • Ability to troubleshoot problems and drive to resolution.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable wearing many hats and allowing the job description to fluctuate when needed.
  • Proficient with Microsoft productivity software, especially Excel, Access and Project.
