Volt has an immediate opportunity for an experienced Operations Coordinator in the Visalia CA area

Candidate will be responsible to prepare and process employee/s time cards and general documentation in support of operations staff timekeeping. Assist management with safety initiatives and training. Support to service departments in scheduling service technicians travel arrangement when needed

Qualified candidate must have 2 plus years of administrative support experience, proficient with MS Office Suite, MS Word and MS Excel . Must have excellent communication and time management skills. Able to work independently and be team player
