Operations TechnicianResponsibilities
- Set up and operate wafer manufacturing equipment
- Make recommendations to engineering on ways to improve process control and yield
- Maintain accurate documentation of wafer/lot processing
- Perform shift and weekly qualifications on wafer equipment
- Light maintenance work
- Maintain a safe work environment (may include housekeeping, labeling, and proper disposal of waste)
Qualifications
- Required: High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Preferred: AAS Degree
- Preferred: 1+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience working in semiconductor manufacturing fab is a plus

- Able to understand and communicate effectively with Management, Engineering, Vendors, Customers

- Able to expand roles/responsibilities to cover other areas
- Able to process wafers in a flexible Development environment

- Able to use Microsoft Office
Physical Requirements/Restrictions
Must be able to:
- Stand for long periods of time
- Lift 2-35lbs lot boxes
- Walk long distances.
- Wear cleanroom attire, including protective eye gear

- Must be able to work flexible hours based on company needs
