Oracle Middleware Administrator

5 mo contract; Orrville, OH

Volt Workforce Solutions is actively seeking an Oracle Middleware Administrator for a 5 month contract.  Our client is based in Orrville, OH.  Guided by a vision to engage, delight, and inspire consumers through trusted food and beverage brands that bring joy throughout their lives, our client has grown to be a well-respected North American marketer and manufacturer with a balanced portfolio of leading and emerging, on-trend brands. Our client is seeking an experienced Oracle Middleware Administrator to help assist the team.

  • Lead projects with manageable risks and resource requirements:
  • Under minimal guidance, owns the design, construction and execution
  • Manages projects for supported business area
  • Executes and enforces standards & methodologies around project management and change management
  • Delivers project scope (people, process, and technology)

SELECTION CRITERIA

  • Bachelor's degree in related field, specialized training or equivalent work experience
  • Strong Oracle 12C SOA experience,
  • Strong SOA Security & Performance experience, 
  • Working knowledge of WebLogic Diagnostic Framework (WLDF)
  • Working knowledge of Oracle OID/OVD
  • Linux scripting experience
  • SOA Automation experience
  • Web Service Manager Policies
  • Tibco and MFT experience is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills a must
  • Demonstrates the capability to solve unique and complex problems by applying critical thinking patterns
  • Demonstrates ability to think conceptually
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to build/maintain strong relationships and effectively partner with peers
  • Understands and adapts to new or changing situations, requirements, or priorities
  • Flexibility to learn new skills quickly
