Job Description

Volt Workforce Solutions now has an opening for an Order Management Administrator, to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a manufacturing or production environment.

The Order Management Administrator works closely with; contracts, inside sales, engineering, supply chain management and others to ensure that every order is processed and delivered on time.   Duties include; entering and processing incoming orders, set-up new customers, sent internal customers timely updates, and ensure that all contracts are entered in the SAP system.

Requirements:

  • Possess basic knowledge of accounting principals
  • Possess data entry experience and comfortable retrieving data
  • Must be computer savvy, quick to adapt to software and possess strong MS Excel skills
  • SAP experience preferred, but not required
  • Customer experience and outstanding phone skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and detail oriented
  • Available to begin working immediately upon selection
  • Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug test and a background check
