Order Review Specialists Needed in North Austin!

Job Summary

Volt is hiring a team of Order Review Specialists to work onsite with our client, a leader in consumer mobile communication and computing devices.  The Order Review Specialists will promptly resolve payment processing issues using excellent analytical skills, as well as contribute to the customer experience by preventing and minimizing unnecessary customer contacts.

Key Qualifications

  • 1-2 years customer service experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Able to exercise objective judgment and make decisions with minimal supervision; comfortable working with ambiguity
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Meticulous and able to work within multiple windows/screens in a fast-paced work environment
  • Has excellent work ethic and a positive attitude even in stressful situations
  • Team player
  • Happy to accept feedback from managers/coaches/mentors
  • Must be able to work a schedule from 7:00 am to 11:00pm (CT), including at least one weekend day and possibly holidays, with additional flexibility needed during high volume times of the year

Responsibilities

The Order Review Specialist:

• Reviews and Analyzes complex orders that have been blocked

• Detects any suspicious activity; determines appropriate next steps

• If necessary, cancels orders due to suspicious activity and serves as a first point of contact between customers, banks, and shipping carriers

• Identifies and analyses trends in reoccurring incidents

• Researches and resolves credit card charge back disputes

• Identifies innovative ideas to improve the customer experience
