Job Description/requirements:

This role can be remote 50%, onsite 50%

The OCM Agent will be responsible for delivering OCM for the Office 365 project using Prosci ADKAR methodology or adapt a similar structured approach to OCM for the purposes of the project.

OCM Agent for the Microsoft OnPrem to Microsoft Cloud Project which will include a number of MS tools/services: Azure Active Directory, Exchange, ProPlus (Office Suite), MS Teams, MS Planner, One Drive, Power BI, SharePoint, Project Web App, Project Online, MS Project 2016, CM App (Contract mgmt.tool on SharePoint), Azure DevOps

Job Description:

The OCM agent will perform assessments, create OCM plans and strategy, and execute the OCM plans.

• Create OCM plan including overall strategy, WBS and schedule, details for each workstream, and ongoing O&M

• Execute the OCM plan, WBS, and schedule including - analysis, plan, scheduling, communication, and training


• Minimum of 2 years’ experience applying PROSCI ADKAR change management, tools, and techniques in technology change initiatives, certification in a similar OCM methodology or significant work experience in OCM is acceptable.

• 5 years’ experience using MS Office and SharePoint, with a minimum of 2 years using O365

• Elicitation of requirements, concerns, and change impacts 1-on-1, 1-to-many, in-person, online at all levels of the organization

• Strong experience in planning, meeting scheduling, facilitation, prioritization

• Background in creating training materials in multiple media and organizing training plans and schedules

• Maybe be required to conduct training 1-on-1, 1-to-many, in-person, online
