**WEEKLY PAY**Competitive Pay Rate: $18.00/hr

Volt Workforce Solutions is looking for qualified candidates to join our team at 3M, located in New Ulm, MN!  The 3M New Ulm plant specializes in manufacturing products for their Technology Division. Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Assemble/package manufactured products in accordance to applicable procedures
• Performs all quality checks in accordance with applicable procedures
• Responsible for stocking raw packaging materials for items to be packaged
• Accurately record production data

Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
• Must be comfortable with standing/working on a production line
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Previous assembly/warehouse experience is a PLUS
• Proof of GED or High School education

Pay rate:   $18.00 per hour

Location:   New Ulm, MN

Shift:          Full-time and Part-time Shift Options

Full-time: 40Hr/week 

Part-time: Flexible shift options available
