VOLT Workforce Solutions is HOW HIRING a Production Worker to work on  a Packet Fill Line on the south east side of Indianapolis!

Premium Hours!!!!  Work life balance!!!!

• 8-hour shift (8am - 5 pm with 1-hour lunch)
• Monday to Friday

Our partner is a growing manufacturing company that has been in business since 1985, proudly manufacturing wellness-oriented beauty products. They are searching for someone who wants to work on a great team and who has positive energy!  

Production Worker Responsibilities:

• Responsible for production of finished goods
• Ensure product quality and quantity 
• Complete proper paperwork and quality checklists
• Adjust production equipment setup
• Quality Assurance inspection of manufactured products and materials
• Move materials or goods between work areas

Requirements:

• Ability to analyze problems, apply critical thinking and find creative solutions
• Able to work standing for an 8-hour period
• Forklift experience is preferred
• Able to stay focused and alert while performing repetitive tasks
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
