Job Description

Volt Workforce Solutions is seeking an Customer Service Coordinator for a health/life insurance office in the Boise, Idaho area. Qualified candidates meeting client criteria will be contacted by a Volt recruiter.  

You will be assisting with a pilot project which engages members in using an educational model for pain management. We need a team member to support the pilot for a 60-90 day period. Ideal candidates need to have excellent verbal communication/telephone skills, be able to follow a script, engage members in a discussion, and have excellent typing/computer skills. Candidates will also need to be able to utilize MS Office. Knowledge of the health insurance or health industry is a plus!

Additional Requirements:

  • HS Diploma or Equivalent required
  • Position will require a pre-screening process
  • Minimum 2 years general office experience preferred.  Work history within healthcare/medical office environment a plus.
  • Intermediate computer skills including MS Office Suite and Data Entry.  Knowledge of general office protocols and office equipment
  • Excellent verbal/written communication & telephone etiquette
