Volt Workforce Solutions is looking for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant for a Great Company in Brooklyn to provide administrative and clerical support for the Director of Informational Technology Department.
Competitive Salary and PTO package.
- Work Schedule is Monday- Friday 8am-12pm.
- Start Date: As Soon as possible
Main Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain and create spreadsheets (inventory, software lists, hardware, etc.)
- Maintaining filing systems
- Purchasing
- Assist in obtaining quotes from vendors
- Create and Send Purchase Orders
- Submitting paperwork to Finance Department for payment
- Organizing and scheduling appointments
- Monitoring and ordering inventory of office supplies
- Assist in copying/emailing materials for professional development sessions
Education and Experience
- Knowledge of relevant software applications including Google Suite, MS Office, GMAIL
- Accurate keyboard skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
