Job Description

Volt Workforce Solutions is looking for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant for a Great Company in Brooklyn to provide administrative and clerical support for the Director of Informational Technology Department.

Competitive Salary and PTO package.

  • Work Schedule is Monday- Friday 8am-12pm.
  • Start Date: As Soon as possible

Main Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain and create spreadsheets (inventory, software lists, hardware, etc.)
  • Maintaining filing systems
  • Purchasing
    • Assist in obtaining quotes from vendors
    • Create and Send Purchase Orders
    • Submitting paperwork to Finance Department for payment
  • Organizing and scheduling appointments
  • Monitoring and ordering inventory of office supplies
  • Assist in copying/emailing materials for professional development sessions

Education and Experience

  • Knowledge of relevant software applications including Google Suite, MS Office, GMAIL
  • Accurate keyboard skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
