Purchasing Assistant with aerospace experience needed!

  • This is a full-time position.

  • Candidate must be a US person as defined by ITAR Regulations.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the effective and accurate performance of assigned purchasing functions
  • Follow up with vendors regarding status of Purchase Orders
  • Maintain In-process Purchaser Orders/Files
  • Assist in providing job status per customer’s request
  • Assist in establishing and maintaining effective, professional business relations with suppliers
  • Assist and support department personnel as needed. Resolves requests, questions and problems promptly
  • Minimum Qualifications: *
  • 1-3 years of experience in purchasing
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective oral and written English communication skills
